Last week, the television program 60 Minutes aired a shocking interview with Dr. Sanjay Gupta that may change the way Americans think of sugar forever.  According to is report, new research classifies sugar as a toxin, completely dangerous to human health and probably the cause of the diabetes epidemic in this country.  Obesity, heart disease, and organ failure can all be traced to added sugars in the foods we eat everyday.  The American lifestyle, featuring a diet rich in store-bought foods that have been highly processed and weighed down with added sugars.
